Wanna know the secret to selling books without social media? Actually, it’s the secret to selling books in general, and I’ll let you in on it in this very first lesson.

module 1: amazing out-of-the-box book promotion ideas to try right now

Wouldn’t it be great if we could just sit back, relax, and watch those royalty checks come in?

The reality for most of us is that readers don’t flock to us— we need to go to them. Since that’s the case, get yourself and your book in as many channels as possible so you can reach the most people.

This module discusses some of my favorite ways authors are promoting their books outside the confines of social media.

module 2: smarter self-promotion ideas that aren’t “too salesy”

Self-promotion has such a yucky connotation, and for good reason! Many authors really struggle to promote themselves in a way that is authentic and not too pushy.

While social media makes it easy in some ways, removing yourself from social media can be really effective, too. This module will give you some of my favorite ways authors are doing this right.

module 3: the ultimate guide to networking for authors (who don’t like to network)

If I had a quarter for every author who’s told me they are too introverted to network, I could buy a vacation home somewhere tropical.

Networking CAN seem daunting and scary, but it’s a necessary part of expanding your author business. Thankfully, there are many options for networking nowadays, and you can pick and choose the ones that feel best to you!

Much of our work as authors revolves around taking calculated risks, and that goes for authors using social media to market their work and those who don’t.
